个人简介

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

邓小蓉,女,汉族,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,新疆维吾尔自治区天池英才青年博士。主要从事食品生物化学方面的研究工作,研究方向为水产品贮藏与加工、新疆特色资源开发及综合利用。近五年,主持省部级项目3项、厅局级和企业科研合作项目2项;参与国家自然科学基金、兵团科技计划等省部级以上项目6项。发表论文30余篇(其中SCI 20余篇);授权国家发明专利3件;作为主要完成人先后获八师石河子市科技进步二等奖1项、兵团科技进步二等奖1项、中国商业联合会全国商业科技进步二等奖1项。
